I also offer the same luxurious services* in the comfort of your home. *Select services are offered in the salon only.

-There is a $30 nonrefundable retainer to schedule a VIP appointment. This is the upgrade fee for using the VIP service.

- Travel within 20 miles of the 20871 zip code is free. Anywhere outside of the 20 mile radius is an additional $1 per mile. Tolls and parking fees are additional.

- Your hair must be washed and detangled prior to my arrival if receiving a cut or blowout. If receiving a dry style service, hair must be clean, dry and detangled. If receiving a color service, hair must be detangled.

- Send a picture of your hair and the look you would like to achieve via email at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

- Please be ready to start your service at the scheduled time. My goal is to provide every guest with excellent service and I can only do this if I adhere to my schedule. If the service exceeds the scheduled duration due to the guest not being properly prepared for the service, additional fees will be applied and may result in an incomplete service.

- Note: due to traffic and unforeseen obstacles of travel, I may arrive within 30 mins of your requested time. Please adjust time accordingly.

- Note: There is a $45 minimum purchase of services (not including the upgrade fee) for me to come to you.

- If a V.I.P. service is booked and upon arrival, the hair is not as described by guest, Diva's Retreat reserves the right to decline services (refunding all but deposit and any additional parking/toll fees).

- If I am unable to provide services because hair integrity is not as described by guest or is more involved than indicated (hair is tangled, unwashed, not dry in preparation for a dry style) and I am unable to provide services, a refund will not be issued. Unless explicitly expressed by guest, I will assume the client has no barriers to providing requested services. Guests are obligated to provide full disclosure of their hair's integrity at the time of booking to ensure that services may be rendered appropriately.

- Sexual harassment, verbal or physical inappropriateness will not be tolerated. If for any reason, I feel "uncomfortable" with the situation, I am able to leave and the guest will be charged the full amount for services.
