• Please allow at least 24 hours for all cancellations. All late cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the services booked. No show appointments will no longer be permitted to schedule future appointments at Diva's Retreat.

• Diva's Retreat is not responsible for fading of hair color or decreased longevity of a keratin smoothing treatment due to improper care or using products purchased from another establishment.

• If the product is unused/unopened, it can be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Retail products cannot be refunded for cash.

• There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue, all attempts will be made by Diva's Retreat to rectify the situation. Any issues must be addressed within 1 week of your appointment.
