• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final service total.

• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are fully refundable if changes are made outside of this 24-hour window.

• Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

•  

• No shows: Guests who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their ability to book future services at Diva's Retreat.

• Diva's Retreat is not responsible for fading of hair color or decreased longevity of a keratin smoothing treatment due to improper care or using products purchased from another establishment.                                 

•                               

• If the product is unused/unopened, it can be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Retail products cannot be refunded for cash.

• There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue, all attempts will be made by Diva's Retreat to rectify the situation. Any issues must be addressed within 7 days of your appointment.
