Policies

  • All new guests are required to fill out a 'new guest form' prior to receiving their first service. You can arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early and fill out the form or you can fill the form out online by clicking HERE.

     

  • All guests are required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment. Guest may bring their own mask, but please be advised that if receiving a chemical service (color,relaxer,perm,etc) damage may occur to mask. If guest does not have a mask, one may be purchased for $1 each.

     

     

  • Please allow at least 24 hours for all cancellations. All no show appointments/cancellations/reschedules less than 24 hours will incur a $25 fee and require a non-refundable retainer for 50% of the cost of services scheduled for all future appointments at Diva's Retreat.

     

     

  • Diva's Retreat is not responsible for fading of hair color or decreased longevity of a keratin smoothing treatment due to improper care or using products purchased from another establishment.                                                                                   

  • If the product is unused/unopened, it can be exchanged for another product of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Retail products cannot be refunded for cash.

  • There are no refunds for services rendered. If there is an issue, all attempts will be made by Diva's Retreat to rectify the situation. Any issues must be addressed within 1 week of your appointment.
